This new cider maker is up in Healdsburg and will be bringing along three ciders to taste this Saturday, May 3rd.   The Gypsy Cafe will keep The Hatchet in house and like all Sonoma Ciders, certified organic.  Here’s what Hard Cider News has to say about The Hatchet:  A clean, refreshing hard cider with a lively finish handcrafted from a blend of US-grown organic sweet and tart apple varietals to bring out fresh, ripe apple aromas and allow the natural crispness to balance and elevate the bright, complex fruit flavors. Enhances such foods as soft cheeses, chicken, pork, seafood and creamy pastas (6% ABV)
